SLaCDA

The Social Licence and Controversy Detector and Analyzer (SLaCDA) is a suite of machine learning and other analytical tools designed to help managers analyze short textual data (such as tweets or survey responses) in order to automate the measurement of their social license to operate (SLO), and understand the narratives that surround their development projects. It was developed in conjunction with Dr. Robert Boutilier, who created the Stakeholder360 methodology for measuring and analyzing the social license of focal organizations.

A web-app dashboard is currently under development, and the beta version of the network creation functions can be accessed here.
